My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Compelling Women finally finished

After lying sandwiched and abandoned for a year and a half, Compelling Women by Jill Shaulis is finally quilted and bound. This is a wedding gift for my neice who will be married next month in London. This quilt has been several years in the making. Finding the right fabrics was very tricky, and making the blocks entailed using three different seam allowance widths within each block to finally get the points accurate. I don't know why, but that's what it took. I do love the way it turned out though.
