Hi,
So I'm new to the Plumeria trees, and have a few in my back yard. I've noticed that isn't looking very healthy. The top section is soft, but the bottom is still firm. My lab has urinated on it a few times, and I tried to flush it. Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.
