My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

' Perle d'Or ' today in the garden

Another rose which I (think) has gotten mostly to its mature growth. It was an accident - I ordered one for a friend from RVR, and they sent me two. Of course, I could not not plant it, so it got planted and here it is about 10 years later (no disease, blooms until at least Oct):
