Why a wet room at all This is hard to imagine in that space you need to post a to scale plan showing all meaurements but a wet room requires everything in it to be waterproof for sure . IMO a wet room is only a good idea in the tropics where bathrooms are tiny and so neccessary but in a large space make no sense to me. The whole room gets wet everytime you shower WHY????

I like the openness of a true wet room and hate cleaning glass, so a glass partition is a no. This will be in the tropics. Dimensions of the shower/vanity area is 9'11" by 8'10". The only thing I am worried about is splash to the vanity area.
