Mango plant stopped growing

I grew my mango baby plant from a seed, it’s about 2.5yrs old and 2.5 feet in height. The plant has been indoors all its life and was growing well until last winter, when we had ant infestation. I had sprayed garden friendly insect repellent to get rid of the ants. Since then my mango plant has stopped growing. The new leaves start sprouting, then in a few days they curl and fall off before growing completely. What happened to my plant :(
How do i fix it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
