No idea idea. my guess is that no one walks in there and its just for show. my current home has floors like that in the barhroom!! both ny daighters have slipped and gotten hurt ripping them out and replacing. cant stand them

IMo if your feet are wet you will slip on any floor. We have high gloss floors in our bedrooms and no one has ever slipped in 15 yrs not even our dogs. I love them or laminate in the rest of the house is also quite shiny and no slipping I will say the bedroom floors shows every bit of dog drool so need cleaning often and the floors in that pic will also show everything .

What is that floor made of? I don’t see and seams. Looks like a cleaning challenge.

You won't slip unless there is something between your foot/shoe and the floor like water. However, with shiny floors like these, you can often see the imprint of the soles of vinyl shoes wherever someone walks.
