Hi Houzz! So we are actually adding on to our house. The pic attached is what our new back of the house wall will look like. We do not like having the tv above the fireplace. Also, as e have it planned, if we put the tv above the fireplace, that would be too far away for the living room.

My question/concern is that as I am looking for ideas on here, I’m not seeing anything like I have in mind or anything like we want.

I’m also adding a pic of the layout e have decided on of the new space.

Any suggestions? Does this layout make sense?
