Hello, I'd like to add a privacy hedge along a 9ft high chain-link fence, which I am not allowed to change since we share it with a public property. Since my backyard is not big to begin with, I'd love to find something that can be kept around 10ft tall and max 4 ft wide. The problem is that the fence gets maybe 5-6h of full sun, with the ends being partly shaded by the neighbors' trees. I'd love any recommendations.
