Can you post a current picture? I'm not sure where the siding was removed, and where the new brown sections are located, and this will make a difference. For sure, I'd remove the two trees next to the front door area, and focus on new landscaping all around the foundation of the home.

If it were mine, I would paint the linear area including the verticle beam like trim and shutters all the same color.

I am not liking the contrast.

I think the brick needs to be white washed and the siding painted white. From your photos, the entry looks dark and uninviting. Unite the exterior with one color.

The last photo shows the siding. We did remove the two trees in the entry, added an arbor, stuccoed the area above the arched windows on the top and bottom, and then painted. I am going to change the color of the beams and then repaint the tops of the windows and upstairs, but I’m not exactly sure what colors. I am also going to change the front door.
