We are looking to replace our dining room table with a larger one, and get all new chairs as well. Existing table is 89x38x30, and sits 8 people. We would like to get something that can be at least 110-120” long and 42”-44” wide. The room is large enough for an even longer table.

I really like some of the live edge one piece tabletops, but very hard to find one that fits the size and color etc.

I am also wondering what kind of table/chairs to get in terms of decoration style, color, shape, etc. the room right now has Asian inspired window panels, mirror and silk art work. The side board is handmade by Amish people and it a bit of a country style per se. Existing chairs/table from CB, so modern, Parsons’ style.

Note the room does not get much sunlight so anything light/bright is preferred. Also open to dramatic statement making wallpaper above the chair railing.

A couple of the table options I am considering beside a hit or miss live edge table are:

1. RH St James in antique natural finish: like the side details but not one piece top
2. MGBW Kimora table in white.

Also like the French contemporary round back fabric chairs.
