Crepe Myrtle help

I moved into a house about 3 years ago that had three crepe myrtle trees in the back yard. I am in Fort Worth, Texas. They all get plenty of sunlight. However, the one in the corner of the yard doesn't bloom on two of the trunks. It never has since I have lived here. Not sure why or what to do about it.
