Hello, I have dappled willows in raised built in planter boxes with plenty of depth and space. They flourished last summer and did not have any issues.

This spring they have struggled to bloom and have brownish blisters on the branches. The buds bloom, and seem to die fairly quick and some of the branches are turning black.

Any suggestions on what this disease could be and how to treat?
