Just be careful about the brass burners. There have been several tales of woe about ranges' brass burners. Here is a link to a couple that were the first to come up when I googled:

I believe the brass on the burners turns black when you use them.

Great to know, thank you both! I am more talking about brass knobs and rails, but very good to know about hte burners, I didn't realize that!

You can order anything you want with Bluestar.

Yep those all have that choice I am curious to how a gas range can be sold that does not meet code where ever. I guess that will be the first thing you check out.

Yes I am waiting on a response from Zline

I guess anything is possible.

I found out that kitchen sinks in my location have to be UL Certified in order to pass inspection. No one could explain to me what danger a kitchen sink posed other than being made of toxic material. I wanted a copper sink from either Havens or Rachiele and so I took a chance that it would pass inspection.

In OP's case there might be issues relating to installation. Also there are some locations like New York which no longer allow new construction to use gas stoves. There is also a pending law in Los Angeles which would also prohibit gas stoves/

Hi! There are several ZLine posts on this board, mostly tales of woe in terms of quality and terrible customer service. Do a ZLine search here before you go down that road….

Look into GE Cafe! Love mine--

Vetbo is correct. In fact, I just used Bluestars website to create a mockup using their ”Precious Metals” option for both knobs and trim. Not ony do they offer Brass, but they have THREE Brass options (Brushed,Polished, or Antique Brass)!!

Hmmm...

• Cafe CGS700P2MS1 + Brass Handles (6 burners & griddle; $3650)
• BlueStar RNB304BV2 with Plated Trim (4 burners; $7760)

It’s not about whats cheapest. A junky Premier is cheap. The capabilities of a BS far exceed any GE. Even a 30” BS can fit a full sheet pan in the oven.
