What great color you have on Terry Lyniger! The clump of CES looks good too. I thought I noticed my Blue Breasted Bee Eater blooming this morning but the bloom was not good do I did not take a photo. I went back out just now (1 pm) to take a pic to send you. This one is all over the color spectrum on the database.

I really like Terry Lyninger. I like the lilies too. Ours haven't started yet, but they are getting close.

Terry L is very striking, but would be nicer if it would hold its color in the sun. I might try moving it to some shade and see how it does. Kate, the lack of ruffle bothers me as much as anything, but I have had an occasional daylily look bad the 1st year. This seems like more dramatic difference, but it does seem closer.

Wow, if you two are having trouble with Bee Eater I can only imagine what could happen in my neck of the woods…..is it an evergreen?

I'm surprised you have so many clumps this early. They are all very nice. The second bloom on Bee Eater looks very different than the first. At least it's in the right color range.

Sherry, it is a sev, but a Lambertson which I have had trouble keeping alive.

Debra, I have a lot that look like they will be blooming at any time. Looking at scapes now, a lot of those don't look like they are going to have lots of buds, but they probably are still forming. I hope at least. And yes, the 2nd is at least the correct color range. I have bought hosta from the person I got this room, and was very happy with those. The largest fan was the 1st to bloom, the 2nd fan today is smaller. I will be surprised if the other 2 bloom.

Caribbean Eye Spy is sure popping out the blooms, and Neon Rainbow is doing a good job too. The Blue Breasted Bee Eater is not to my taste, but I hope it does better for you. Terry Lyninger has such a nice look before the sun works on it. A good one for that morning cup of coffee stroll....................Maryl

Thanks Nancy, i have trouble with Lambertson daylilies too, only have one that has done well.
