I would create a nice path (below large pavers with stone in between) from the front door to what seems to be the driveway on the left. Along the house you can really have fun with a perennial flower bed and choose the plants according to sun or shade. Where there seems to be a tree stump, you can plant a trio of either flowering shubs or trees, on the illustration I show lilacs which are available in different colours, white - pink - purple are nice together.

A wider, meandering pathway from the road to the house, or the driveway to the house, or both, will break up the large expanse of lawn. Lead visitors to the front door. Deep planting beds along the way and on either side of the entry will add some interest.
