Designing my dream kitchen and I suck at accessorizing, light/hardware

We are in the middle of a whole home renovation and I am attempting to pick lights for over my island. I have 8ft ceilings the island will be 105" x 39" (that includes a 15" overhang on the back of the island and left side by the fridge, it is not depicted in the mock up picture) My space is open to the living room and dining room. We have multiple can lights in the space already, I wanted pendants to add some visual interest/dimension as I did not put a light in the living room. I have it pre-wired for two lights currently. I would like to put some over the island, one over the dining table and a sconce over each window. I had potentially picked outthese glass lights for over the island. I am not sure they go and will work size wise, what would you recommend?? If I go with them, which size would you buy?

I have also attached a screenshot of the built in we are doing in the living room, directly across from the kitchen and a board of some things I have been liking lately to add to the kitchen, I am still torn on the backsplash, lighting and hardware so if you have any recommendations send them my way! We have pure white perimeter cabinets and black stained island cabinets, Sterling by spectrum quartz countertops.

Everything looks nice. You don’t suck. Have the cabinets been built/ ordered? I only ask because I’m a big fan of giant drawers instead of doors on lower cabinets. What’s in the cabinet that sits on the counter to the left of the stove?

Too bad you did not come here for the kitchen design before worrying about the lighting. I agree all those base cabinets should have been drawers especially on either side of the range and it is never good to cross in front of the range to go from fridge to sink. As for the lighting IMO the lights you show above the island look too big in the drawing and IMO do not work with the sconces and honestly if you have good pot lights you do not need those over the windows . Make sure all the bulbs in all the lighting in the whole living space are LEDs and IMO 4000K very important since you are dealing with grays and whites .BTW I never like cabinets sitting on counters .You need 60" form the edge of the island counter to where you plan stools to me it looks like the stools with be on the island side away from the fridge wall. What are all your walkways BTW.

Agree with Patricia and would skip the over the sink lights and use cans, that way your pendants will be the standout. I love my big drawers in my base cabinets, if it isn’t too late to change they are worth it!

Those pendants are pretty, but I don't think I would want them IRL. They will have all the subtlety of a bare light bulb hanging down like in an interrogation room in a bad movie. Have you seen anything with a frosted shade that you like?

How far into the reno are you? I would bring those windows down to your countertop if possible...the light that comes in is fantastic. The pendants look like they are meant for a taller 10' ceiling. Do the balloon test before ordering and committing.
