Help! Water pooling issue

Hello

I have a bad water pooling issue right outside my poolcage. I cannot open the door, otherwise water woud flood in. The previous owner had no gutters so I am getting them installed to solve the water pooling on the side of the house. However i have no idea how to solve the water pool on my doorstep. It also prevents the little gutter in my pool area to drain. Actually water and dirt comes IN the pool area through the little gutters.

The property needs to be graded better as it "appears" that the house is the low side. The ground at the house needs to be higher and pitched away from the house. In addition to gutters this should help.

Your gutters need to drain further away to a lower area. The downpipe needs to be extended further out. The grading along the house seems to be lower so this needs to be fixed to keep water away from your foundation.
