Nice clump of J.P. Moneybags. Coach's Magic Man and Larry's Obsession look good, very much alike, at least in pictures. Big Hearted Jim looks good, and I especially like Blackberry Dragon. Nice post, Kate!

Nancy, those two are indeed very much alike!! Larry’s Obsession was being smothered by Bermuda grass in the jungle bed and had gotten down to two fans. I moved it to better location and it has exploded in just two years. Boy, do I have a lot of purple!!

Never too much purple!

A wonderful collection of flowers in this set! My favorites are Pistachio Eyes and JP Moneybags. The two dark purple with white teeth are impressive. When I look at them, I can't help thinking they would be very splotchy in my garden. Journey of Magic and Ledgewood's Pansy Eye also appeal to me. So sorry that winds flattened Boss Lady. Storm wins have the scapes on my Amazon Woman seedling leaning badly, but they're not near the ground.

Free Fall reminds me of a clump of orchids, very pretty. I like both Larry's Obsession and Coach’s Magic Man and being next to each other just doubles the effect. Journey of Magic is lovely and nice dark color where it should be, Ledgewood's Pansy Eye looks much prettier than it does here since it goes to that reddish rather than bluish purple here. I really like In Taffeta Patterns. such a pretty one. I'm with Nancy;no such thing as too much purple.

In Taffeta Patterns is my favorite today, yeah purple! I dont remember seeing this one, I’m liking the color combo. Strawberry Smoothie and Freefall are close behind. Enter Laughing looks like a good performer!

All of the flowers are lovely, but my favorites are In Taffeta Patterns and Blackberry Dragon (I wasn't familiar with that one and had to look it up). I also like Larry's Obsession and Coach's Magic Man. We don't have an eye for landscape and pretty much pay no attention to color schemes or heights when we plant daylilies.

Debra, I have to say Coach’s Magic Man has been pretty much splotch free-amazingly.

Sherry, I have enjoyed Enter Laughing because it is so bright and has multiplied like crazy!

Nancy, I am sure you know how sarcastic my landscaping remark was!! Most of the time I am just looking for a bare spot!!! :) My beds are so mishmash! I am trying to dig some shorter ones out thst are getting strangled by thugs in the beds.

You sure have some dark ones. I used to have some but somewhere along the way they all ended up not blooming well and were gone. The dark ones I have left are nothing compared to yours! I really do like them. Do you keep them in a more shady area?
