Would need a bit more information to be of assistance to you. The lavender wall indicates this might need to be a calming space or one used mostly by females. The Items hanging right of the white board look to be police or military related. What kind of employees make use of the room for meetings? Perhaps if we knew what kind of business and employees the room needs to work for, we'd offer more ideas. Meanwhile, remove everything from the walls except the TV and whiteboard, get a count of how many chairs are required, and give us some input on the needs you have, and perhaps the meaning of the three "word" posters on the side wall if they need to stay.

Get function figured out first. Use the short walls for storage, keep the aisles on the long walls clear for circulation.

It looks like a presenter uses the table on the end. Consider moving it to the opposite end so it's close to the whiteboard and the speaker's back isn't to the door.

Swap out the metal file cabinet for a TV stand that has file drawers in it. The brochures can be placed on top, along with nice decor like vases or plants to soften the room and a table top clock to replace the one above the whiteboard, Select comfortable chairs - swivel are nice, especially for the person sitting with their back to the screen. Depending on your organization's culture, you may want chairs with color to coordinate with wall decor.

Transfer all the items in the tubs to a storage cabinet under the whiteboard. Move the equipment like the pencil sharpener and telephone there so they're accessible but less prominent.

The room is flat and lacks texture. If you want to keep the posters, frame and mat them and create a gallery wall, and add wall art with dimension/texture on the wall opposite the door and on each side of the whiteboard so it's cheerful upon entering and passing in the hall.

If you can add pendants above the tables or sconces on the back wall, the lighting will be less harsh too,

Boardroom????? It doesn't look much better than a lunch room.

Have you considered wall-to-wall carpet? You have lots of unnecessary furnishings in the room to be removed.

Any chance of getting better lighting in the room? How much to you want to spend?

IMO the tables are the most dated thing in the space . I agree we need more info too. So mant cool choices for tables and chairs but that clutter has to go so maybe build a storgae spot under the TV for all that stuff . IMO a boardroom should reflect the busiiness it is in and also be comfortable.

Completely agree with @Patricia Colwell Consulting that the tables are the least apealing part of the space. To me it looks like several random tables cobbled together rather than a planned out space. A single nicely designed table that fits the space would be so much better.

Get a nice set of matching chairs for the room. Like a dining room, a nicely coordinated set of tables and chairs is really going to make the room look polished and put together.

Get rid of the clutter. Art should be thought out and framed and hung consistently around the room (same height, not jumbled together like the corner). Toss the totes and random stuff. If you need storage space, get a nice cabinet. Maybe a cabinet that spans the room undeneath the TV or whiteboard would provide sufficient storage and look well thought out.

Personally I would paint all the walls a single color. I'm not great at choosing office colors and it should fit in with the style of the rest of the office. But personally I'm not a big fan of accent walls, including in office spaces.
