what you are picking doesn't have enough umph. Can you post a picture of the church interior? I would be leaning towards a two tier. Also you may have to really look at upping the budget to get it right. Nothing worse than spending 600$ and having not look right in the space. Lastly, look at consignment shops, you can pick up something and paint it the color you want, from that height it wouldnt be noticeable.

Hi RL Relocation, thanks for the reply. I actually looked at the same fixture you suggested and have since saved it. You are correct  that it will fill up the space better  with the 40" Height and 40" Diameter. Most others have half the height. What do you think of this one? Although not as high, it is 48" in diameter. The church is a mix of older and younger generations so we are trying to please those that don't want to change a thing, to those who want a completely new and fresh look. Transitional is what I would call it. That is why I choose a somewhat simple fixture originally, I do agree I should really go for more of a statement piece.  Thanks again for your input.

This is the best pic I have, doesn't show the peaked ceiling of 18 ft but it is a blank slate. We are getting new flooring, paint and furnishings. These are the new chairs. PS The plastic plant is now gone. ὠ9 Thank you again!

Hi again! Yes, I can get a better pic for the way back view. The lobby is odd shaped because the area I showed is an addition.  The peak where the fixture will hang is in the center of this section of the lobby. This area is 35x22. The window cross was a nice feature that was added and we did warm LED lights around the outline so it's really pretty at night and at Christmas you can see the 14 ft tree that sits in front of it. The idea of stained glass was discussed but the members voted for clear glass. But I do like the idea, thanks!

Here's some shots of the entire area with the old tile now removed. You can see the outlet in the ceiling where the chandelier will hand.

Hi there! Thanks so much for the Photoshop. I ordered the Capital Lighting Greyson fixture. I think it will work well, especially after seeing your images. Will post again after it is hung. Right now the empty foyer is full of pews so the flooring can be done in the Sanctuary. Thanks again!! :)
