So you have 2 doors going out to the patio or is that a window looking out to the back?

How low is the sill height on the window that looks out to the outdoor kitchen? I would make that window at least 36" high off the floor, then put in a banquette bench on that wall with a table in front.

ETA: I'd think about either having that side door open out to the patio (instead of in) or put in a slider so you have more room for a table and chairs.

Im wondering if you could change the window to a slider and eliminate the door on the side?

@RL It’s a window looking to the back.

We have a meeting with the builder next week- I will have to ask about moving window/changing door.

Side note- builder mentioned windows were already ordered. Here is what height they will be per the model. Not sure they can be moved up more due to ceiling height

I long narrow table or a round table probably 40-50 inches. Im wondering if you can have the door swing out rather than in?

I would do a round 48" table, which should give you space to walk around the room and still accommodate 5 people.
