I am remodeling my small kitchen. I only have space for a 30” range. I was set on Blue Star, but I do so much baking, I changed my mind to a dual fuel. I am torn between a Hestan and a Fulgor Milano Sofia. I can’t find much experience with either other than scattered terrible lemon reviews or “I got mine 3 weeks ago and so far it is great” type reviews. Does anyone have any longer term experience with them- how the cook- high heat and simmer, bake, temperature evenness, noise level, how hard/easy to clean (I have never used the self cleaning option and doubt I will start now), enough space in the oven, etc. I was also looking at the monogram, but my salesman is really anti GE to a point that makes me a bit nervous about getting one.
