Hi everyone,

I am in zone 8a BC.

I would like to know what I can do to help my verbena? The flowers look fine but the leaves are curling up and are crunchy all along the stem (especially underneath the plant) Should I cut the plant back or just remove all the crunchy leaves? If I remove the dead leaves, then I'll be left with long naked stems. I have no idea what is wrong or what I should do, I hope you all can help.

The weather in my area has been cool and rainy for the most part this spring season. It has been kept moist. Hopefully it will warm up soon?? I have attached a couple photos. Thank you all so much.
