Backsplash advice needed

We recently had quartzite countertops put in, the old tile removed & drywall repaired. The wall was then painted to match the walls in the rest of the kitchen.
Unfortunately, our fabricator did not have a thin enough piece of quartzite for a backsplash. That’s what I would have loved.

I really don’t want tile and instead would like to have a solid piece of stone to go the width of the window which is above the kitchen sink & is approximately 40 inches wide.
I really like the finish of the tile in the first picture, but wonder if I could get a solid piece of stone or tile that is similar. (So far, my searches have turned up short).
I am even toying with the idea of having a company on Etsy use an image I took of the quartzite countertop and apply the image to tempered glass. They sent me a sample and it looks pretty good, it has a slight green cast because of the tempering.
I would then use the same or similar image of my countertop for the backsplash behind my range.
I wonder if a marble shower threshold or composite stone shower threshold could be cut to fit this space above my kitchen sink… but then there’s the question of what would I put above my range.
Thanks in advance for your help!!!
