I like the Hakuna Matata. I'm amazed how much Mean Green fades in hot temp climates. Tahiti Sweetie looks has more red in your garden than I recall it blooming for me I'll see what it does this year here after its first full year in a hotter climate. Nice clump of Mississippi Blues. Nice post Nancy.

Julia, Hakuna Matata is a great daylily. Not a huge flower, maybe 5", but so far each year has exceeded its expected bud count of up to 45. Last year one scape had 51 buds, 3 other scapes had over 45. Multiplies like mad.

Nancy, your post reminded me I have not seen Hakuna Matata bloom in my garden this year-I need to check on it-it should have bloomed by now! My Tahiti Seeetie looks like yours with the red tones. Mean Green looks great! Don’t you just love all those buds?!! Regina Sitco has nice large blooms. All so pretty!!

I love the clump of Mississippi Blues, and Christmas in Oz always grabs me. Mean Green looks like it has plenty of color to me. Its relative, Miss Demeanor, is much lighter here.

Kate, hope Mean Green is ok, it should be in bloom. Debra, I love Christmas in Oz since I 1st got it. So very bright. I love the color of Mean Green. Maybe it should be brighter? But to me it is perfect the way it is. I was sharing it with a friend this spring and messed up a couple fans so put them in another spot. They are growing nicely and even blooming. I really like them in the new place, seems a color pop I needed there.

Blurry or not, Hakuna Matata looks good today. Christmas in Oz caught my attention today, that the best photo of it that I can remember, so saturated. A nice clump of I’m an Angel, each bloom perfect.

Sherry, I guess it was the cooler temps this morning for Christmas in Oz, but was cool yesterday morning and did not look so good. I'm An Angel is very soft, not so much what I seem to be going for these days. But it has good branching, good number of buds, and reblooms.

Kay, I am gravitating more to loud and even gaudy these days! My Pet Dragon seemed to have a real glow to it today too.

Christmas in Oz catches my eye today. I am beginning to like that type of daylily more and more. I also like Regina Sitko and Tahiti Sweetie.

Regina Sitko always stands out....... Christmas in Oz was one of a hand full of UF's I've ever grown and liked. A good shot of it here.......That clump of Mississippi Blues is calling to me...................Nice selection of plants and good pictures of them........Maryl
