Fixing a crank window

Hi I have windows that are opened and closed by crank, on one of them the crank works just fine opening the window, then when closing the crank will only close it about 98% of the way, we have to remove the screen and pull the window the rest of the way. How do I fix that?

You can buy all new replacement hardware for crank windows including the track on the underside window edge. Just google the type of window or look on the hardware.
