They certainly don't look like the Restoration Hardware Soda Fountain Stools, unless they have changed dramatically. The current RH stools have round pedestals, not square as these have. There is a distinct "collar" at the top of the pedestal, which is missing on these, and the band at the bottom of the seat is dark and textured, whereas this on looks metallic and smooth.

I stand, or rather sit, corrected. I mis-spoke. These are the RH stools. They DO look different (considerably) from the photos shown on the website, and there may have been some change in specifications. But my stools have just arrived, and for all intents and purposes, they are identical to the ones in this photo. (Albeit, the ones on the website do differ in the ways I described above....)

do they tip over easily?

The bases are fairly heavy and sturdy. We didn't notice any tendency to tip.

I have a question on the stools, are they too heavy to move around easily?

No they are on coasters and easy to move, not too heavy. The tops are not padded if that matters, but they are really sturdy and fun. A little less weathered as pictured online at RH, plus the pics on RH website look like the stand is round, when it is in fact square as mentioned above.

Do these stools swivel?
