Wow! You still have so much blooming! I love that last garden shot. My foliage is so burned up I haven't been able to take any garden shots. Catastrophe Waitress looks great, and I see it has even more rebloom scapes coming. What color would you say CW is?

Kay: Those garden pics are wonderful. There is nothing better for the garden than rain. I am most anxious to see Catastrope Waitress bloom here. What a great color it has. Is Heavenly Angel Ice a "leaner" when blooming. I looked it up and it is a dip and suppose to get to 36 " and would fit with my plans for it. I've found a source for it but just checking what others think of it.

Thank you all for looking and commenting. I was finally able to get out and weed some last week/ Rain also brings weeds with the blooms but I am in the sow process of laying down cardboard and covering it with mulch as Kate suggested and it makes a marvelous difference in these little seed-throwing weeds here.

I have found Catastrophe Waitress to be a really good plant...it has put up five rebloom scapes and Debra, the colors are pinks, a vibrant pink almost fuchsia base with a lighter pink watermark; the photo is pretty representative although the color can be a bit more intense. Julia, my Heavenly Angel Ice is in a bed that has not had nearly so much mulch to become part of the soil yet as most of them have, but it was an iris bed for years. As a result although most of my Gossard's reach the height they are supposed to reach HAI is a little shorter at this point. It is a lovely white bloom though and a favorite. Just so you know, Carolina Sugar Daddy has put up several rebloom scapes and is reblooming already. I hope all of yorrs do well this year.

The garden shots were taken three days ago and those two area are two of the three that are

still blooming quite a bit. I expect more plants to bloom out soon, but I have never ever had so many blooms to be in clumps as has happened this year.

You do still have a lot of color going on! Great photo of HAI and El Desperado. I hope to see rebloom on Catastrophe Waitress too-it has such a pretty color.

I always like Catastrophe Waitress. It's the color I think and, the form, although not as round as I would like , is nice as well. If she reblooms so much the better.........Maryl
