Best I can do…. We are in a very slow process of removing the trees and updating landscaping, so no need to comment on that.

If you can tell me what kind of home this is, I’d appreciate it. Cape cod is a little generic… midcentury for sure, but not MCM…

2 story ranch

Its definitely a modest ranch. with such a large front porch being covered and restricting the light i suggest a door that lets in as much light as possible.
