Have small bathroom with vanity along 1 wall & large tub along the opposite wall with toilet in center, in full view. Everything is dated from 1980s - colors, lighting, fixtures.
The view from covered window is of service area so no loss there.
Thinking of eliminating tub for walk-in shower, possibly with steam, if there is room & not crazy expensive, and hiding compact toilet behind.
Floating vanity an option, although storage for my touletries is imperative.
i am modern, minimalist. It will be for mt use only.
