I'd take a dry brush to it, then put a tarp around the perimiter, get a bucket of soapy water and sponge it down. You might need to scrub it a bit or do a couple of passes. As long as you don't get the sponge dripping wet, the tarp should soak up any drips. And paint is another option but probably more work than you need at the moment.

Simple Green diluted down, spray and wipe a sponge. Labor intensive but works well and won’t damage your finishes.

TSP mixed with water works well on painted surfaces. Use a microfibre cloth, then rinse well. Plastic or heavy towel in carpet to catch any drips. I used TSP recently before painting trim and doors, and I almost felt like I didn’t need to paint after. You can get powdered TSP in a hardware store. It is usually with the paint.

fresh coat of paint will be great, cinderblack is not made with sendstone that why it can take water with no problem!
