Took a deep breath…….some rain and blooms
We have had a bad two days here…….had to send my beloved Zoe to doggy heaven. This has been really hard….we have had many dogs the past decades, this little girl was really special. Here she is, then to some blooms.
Had a bit of rain today, put on my raincoat like Kay, took a some photos before the blooms were totallly ruined.
First blooms ever for Entwined in the Vine, added last season.
Glad I didnt miss this clump of Tall Dark Stranger.
Flutterbye started this week.
First bloom on Gently Down the Stream. The above daylilies are all in a bed that have midday shade, everything in this bed has done well this season despite the dryness and heat.
Winifred Esther was added last spring, I needed more lavender. It looks good despite the weather, it is in all day sun.
Happy Apache is finally having a leap year. it is in the bed with midday shade.
A nice clump of Getting Aurborne from this week.
First bloom ever on Heavenly Breezes.
Had to post another photo of Heavely Hidden Treasure, I am liking this daylily more and more.
Banshee Whisper started blooming this week, it is doing well considering I moved it and divided it last fall.
These Jolyene Nicole blooms were almost 6”
