Waht did you use in the kitchen? IMO the same counter and backsplash would have been my choice and honestly I really do not see the need for a backsplash in the pics you show of the pantry You do realize if the kitchen counter is quartz it should not have been used for backsplash behind the range .

The kitchen has the quartz backsplash halfway up (to where the shelves & hood meet) - it's hard to see in the pic.

The pantry and kitchen are not directly seen by each other, so I appreciate your comment but don't agree that they need to be the same. In fact I did oak upper cabinets in the pantry and have oak open shelves in the kitchen, but they're 'different.' Quartz backsplashes are VERY expensive, so I chose not to do it in the pantry since it's not as visible and thought it'd be fun to do something different in there. Tons of inspiration pics from designers I follow do things that correlate but aren't direct matches in the kitchen & pantry - it's nice to have a little change up.

Love your style! I would go dark, it would highlight your glass bottles and honestly, it’s just FUN.

Call me crazy, but I think you have a lot going on in this kitchen ... I'd leave it without a backsplash.
