    Yes, it is sand finish concrete.

    Do you find that the concrete stains and or cracks??

    With a more advanced sealer application it shouldn't stain. Although, a nice patina will develop over time.

    If done correctly, cracking shouldn't happen either. However, hairline cracking (non structural) is normal characteristic of concrete.
