My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Avon and Chrysler Imperial

Can you see the family resemblance?
I can't tell the difference between these two blooms! My Avon is from Roses Unlimited, is own root and a modest plant that has survived four winters so far. Chrysler Imperial is on the Good Doctor from Witherspoon Rose Culture. Plant-wise, Avon seems huskier but less branchy. I'd love to see Avon budded or I could get an own-root CI. Avon is the bloom in back and Chrysler Imperial is in front end has the auxillary bud.
I cut these to save them from the Japanese Beetles and the high humidity and heat we've had recently. Some great thundershowers rolled through last night though.
