Stonescapes Mini Pebble Bad Install

Plaster company not only did a poor install, they also did the wrong color. The pebble in spots have more plaster than pebble and very rough. I know pebble isn’t supposed to be smooth but it is very abrasive. And they put Aqua Blue but in our contract it says Tropics Blue. What can we do about this?
