I think that it is something in the Chenopodiaceae, the Goosefoot family. It's a big, variable and complicated group. Knowing the geographical location would cut down the possibilities. It is almost certainly an annual, so pulling before it sets seed should deal with it.

I think you both nailed it! Thanks so much!! I am in Canada, sorry forgot to mention that. And yes definitely some purslane too lol. It's more of .a weed patch than a garden unfortunately and that goosefoot took over half my garden this year and I don't recall seeing it before then, certainly not to this extent. This definitely helps me and I'll go hard pulling it.
