A friend of mine made a roundabout driveway, with one huge , beautiful tree in the middle. you could do that here. What is so nice about it is that guests can pull right up to the front, but no one ever blocks anyone, if that makes sense.

Thanks for the suggestions. yes, we will hire a pro as funding allows. We are just trying to figure out what to do in the mean time so we don’t end up having to start over. So far the house has been pretty good at "telling us what it needs/where things should go" so I suppose we can just start parking wherever and see what emerges!

Berms are a good landscape tool to shape traffic flow. 3' high x 8' or wider will do the trick when covered with groundcover you don't have to mow. People don't walk over groundcover. Berms can curve and add space for trees.

Include a walkway from the circle drive to the garage, going through a hedge to block the view of the garage from the circle drive.
