“It can be difficult to find contractors who not only do excellent work, but also meet timelines and answer questions with kindness and patience. This team does all of that, and I highly recommend them. We're really enjoying the fruits of their labour and they made the process as pain-free as possible!!! Bonus and in our case a necessity: They don't mind renovating condo units! We learned of them from a friend in our building and they are quickly becoming the go-to team for this building as their work consistently impresses whoever hires them.”

“Brian and his team renovated our kitchen and the entrance hall to our home. This involved gutting half of the first floor back to the studs and installing new plumbing, electrical, wall insulation, new drywall and painting, radiant floor heating, kitchen window, kitchen tiles, fixtures, counter and cabinetry. For the entrance, the area was opened up, posts/wall removed and ceiling joists added. We were aiming for a modern, open concept look and achieved exactly what we were hoping for. The work was completed to a very high standard and quality. Brian oversaw and dealt with all sub-contractors to our satisfaction. He kept us well informed of progress and construction issues, guided us to material suppliers when necessary. Overall he was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The work was completed on time (a few days behind schedule) which was important since we continued to live in our house during the renovation. When potential delays arose, he put extra effort on suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver. The work was completed on budget. Even more than a year after the reno was complete, when working on other renovations in the neighbourhood, Brian stopped by to ensure we were satisfied and no problems had emerged with any work done. I would highly recommend Alair Homes South Etobicoke for quality work, supportive attitude, project management and peace of mind.”
