Moving and remodeling a kitchen . Planning to put in a convection steam oven and a single wall oven. I use them regularly for dinner ( roasted vegetables, lamb, chicken, fish for dinner for 2-4, more on holidays etc) Will no longer have access to an outdoor grill. I bake bread about once a week but otherwise not much. From what I can tell the M was significantly better than the E until 2021 when it was upgraded and now (1) M has different convection system (? better) and (2) deeper shelves (? important). Otherwise cosmetic differences ( Only M has handleless , comtemporary option) . Anyone have any insight into whether these differences are noticeable when using the ovens or if there are other brands I should consider ( I don't want a plumbed water tank). Thanks
