Adenium seems to be infected with Mosaic Disease (CMV) only on oleander plants, so is it possible that only Pachypodium on my plant is infected?

If there are about 30 plants growing indoors, and all of the plants, soil, pots, etc. have CMV pathogens, it is almost impossible to eradicate them.

In June, I bought a desert rose that was over 1 meter tall at an auction from a vicious trader who sent me rotten plants.

It eventually died of root rot, but I think that desert rose was probably the cause of the CMV.
