My walls were primed with Ben Moore and painted with Farrow and Ball satin slipper almost a year ago. ’ve tried to live with the color but it is too cool for my tastes. (The room is west facing and on a river, which reflects a lot of blue into the room)

I want to have it repainted using a FB color with a yellow undertone either a neutral like White Tie or soft yellow like Tallow.

Do the walls have to be primed or can the new color go right on top?
