Hi there , i just purchased a place and decided to paint kitchen cupboards i took them down , washed , sanded and painted with paint plus primer i just learned that a rustileum kit was used prior to me painting my paint has peeled in some spots i do not want to rehash my 9 day project with these cupboards what can i do? i want to put a clear coat on yet i am reading to wait 30 days is there a way to save these okease any advice would be appreciated
