my install of quartz has been awful, i have a bump out and both corners were glued and i asked him to replace as It was unacceptable. He agreed. he came back two weeks later and replaced the slab but this time mismeasured the bumpout. There is also a chip on the side of one wall and they filled it in with caulk. they left the walls a mess. caulked one wall but not the others. i dont want him to come back. . he said it will take two hours to fix the mismeasured bumpout. i stopped the check and want to come to a resolution - whats a fair discount ? Any fabricators? How much do you charge for two hours of grinding? And what’s a fair discount for all the inconvenience?
