Engineered hardwood or LVP for eclectic cottage in Sarasota, Florida?
Hi, the time has come for us to choose flooring for our small (900 sf) 1920s cottage in Sarasota, Florida. We have narrowed it down to two options from Floor & Decor: White Oak Northport (engineered hardwood, shown on display in pic) and Chastain Creek (Nucore LVP, board shown leaning against display in pic). Given the house is small, the price difference is not significant (White Oak Northport is $4.99 sf, Chastain Creek is $4.49 sf).
Which would you choose and why? Thanks!
