Hi! I love the vanity you used in your Summerville Street project. Are you able to tell me where it’s from, the wood/stain type and if the top drawer is a dummy or functional? Thank you very much.

Hello,

This vanity was custom made. The upper drawer is functional with the cut out for the sink.
