I live in a condo with a shared entryway, pictured on the left. I own my condo but unfortunately, my neighbors are renters and couldn't care less about respecting others' property. How can I get them to stop using our shared entryway as their own personal space? It's so aggravating, especially when their multiple friends, kids, dogs, etc., come to visit for hours on end. Before they moved in, the steps were clean and the color of cement. I've tried getting cleaning these steps, but nothing seems to get the grime off. What can I do to at least keep my side cleaner and encroaching free? I've talked to my HOA but apparently, cleanliness isn't part of the community rules. Thanks.
