What is the budget? A porch across the whole front would be fab, barring that turning the stairs so they point to the driveway looks like it would shorten the run.

You seem to have a bunch of foundation shrubs. SInce it looks like you're just putting them in, what they really need is a good 5 years of growth.

It's tough to tell what your pavers are. If they are cobblestone, moving them apart and filling in the middle with brick or gravel would be a good look. If they are cement, it depends on how much you like them and your budget.

I'm not a fan of stairs to nowhere, so I'd add some path to your front door.

I would look at a 2 level porch .Not really sure what your style is .I think the entry for guests should be special.

Your entrance needs a canopy of some sort.

I think it would be wise to call in a landscape pro. Your unique site has some challenges and a pro could evaluate it in person and advise regarding plants, placement, drainage, possible retaining walls, hardscaping (sidewalk), etc.

I like Patricia's idea of a two-level porch to break up that long, steep run of stairs. If you have room, that is. We can't see where exactly the driveway is.
