Have you tried any visualizers? These are the closest I could find to your existing floor color on https://www.flooringamerica.com/myfloorstyle but you could also try tile looking floor. You don't necessarily have to order from this company but at least you'll get an idea on what options are available and test in your space.

I’d do tile too. Not wood-look. The walls and ceiling are stunning; don’t detract from them with fake wood floors.

Thera a wide range of a colours and it looks solid , so you may find something suitable

I too would do stone or tile. You have plenty of wood. Showcase it!

Updating this post. We finally installed flooring. We went with white oak lvp and it looks great. I think it compliments the wood well.
