We think you'd better hang one wall lamp above the mirror to make it easy to use and that will be enough.

I like the look of the two small metal shaded Buffet Lamps. Your mock up of the two brass ones looks great!

You will be on lighting overkill, you have two directional that are lighting up your buffet and art now plus the chandelier. Id be adding just one or two things to the buffet to balance the scale of the mirror to the scale of the large artwork. Dont shrink the room with more stuff as it feels like it has "oversized" items in it already. I love that painting but it feels large in the space. I also wonder if having 4 chairs over 6 would be better for the space.
